Join colleagues from across the EMEA region on 21 May for a half-day, in-person tabletop exercise, sponsored by Booz Allen Hamilton. This exercise is hosted in conjunction with the 2024 EMEA Summit, but registration is separate.

What is the AI Impacts scenario?

Due to imposed sanctions, nation-state threat actors have resorted to artificial intelligence and deep fake technology to defraud the EMEA financial sector and cause public panic through a mis/dis/mal-information campaign.

What will participation in the exercise look like?

During this four-hour TTX, participants will engage in a challenging AI threat and market manipulation focused TTX scenario. They will be tasked with discussing the hypothetical ongoing situation using their organization’s existing incident response plans, policies, and procedures. 

This exercise provides participating organizations with an opportunity to:

• Understand the implications of and mitigate the effects of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology on existing threats.
• Examine the potential negative impacts artificial intelligence can have on market activity and public confidence in the financial sector.
• Identify best practices that can be implemented to help guard against these threats.
• Identify best practices for how incident response teams, external engagement teams, and impacted business lines work together during a disruptive event.
