The Expert Webinar Series (EWS) is consistently rated as one of the most valuable benefits to members, webinars are scheduled bi-monthly, and the entire year sells out quickly. This series offers a win-win – members receive high-quality, curated content and sponsors are rewarded with high-quality leads. Average attendance in the series through Q3 of 2023 is 1100 participants with a 35% opt-in rate.

The hour-long webinar is typically hosted every other Tuesday and provides vendors the opportunity to offer a relevant, timely, solution-based virtual presentation. The webinar is never a sales presentation, nor does the speaker offer product or service bias. The Series format is straightforward:

• FS-ISAC staff member reviews and approves the presentation.
• The platform offers a polling feature; speaker provides polling questions.
• FS-ISAC staff member introduces the speaker and acts as the session facilitator.
• Speaker ends presentation with 10-15 minutes for questions and answers.
• Format allows for attendees that wish to speak to the sponsor immediately provide contact details.
• Attendee opt-in list is provided to sponsor 24-48 hours following the session.
